Important Cancellation Policy Update
We are updating our cancellation policy to better respect the space, the teachers, and the students committed to attending class.
Since our classes have been filling up, we are revising our cancellation policy to so that we can make as much space as possible for those who are able to attend.

​Previously, only class pass holders were charged for late-cancellations, but going forward our cancellation policy will apply to all students.

If you are unable to attend a class you’ve registered for, and you do not cancel your reservation at least one hour before the class time, you will  forfeit the pass you used to register, or, if you used an unlimited pass, you’ll be charged a late cancellation fee of $10.

Students on the waitlist are auto-added up to 15 minutes before class as others drop from registration, so please cancel your waitlist reservation as soon as you decide you are not coming, or you may incur the forfeiture/fee.

We appreciate your understanding, and your help as we work to accommodate as many of the students who are eager to attend classes, and also to prevent loss on our end when we reserve a space for you.

Additionally, as new classes grow, or as weather changes, sometimes we will see a class with very few students signed up.  Classes will be cancelled if there aren't at least THREE students signed up TWO HOURS before class.  Students will receive an email and a text if this happens.  

If you aren't already signed up for class, and you wish to attend, please check our schedule (www.radiantlotus.yoga) or the Momence App and register before coming to ensure class is being held.  

Class Pass Users

If you registered for class with a class pass (this is anyone without a membership or unlimited trial), and you are not able to make it, please cancel at least one hour before class begins.  Cancellation within one hour of class start time will result in loss of the pass used for booking.
