Important Cancellation Policy Update (as of 1/18/2026)

• If you are signed up for a class, and YOU cancel within NINE hours of class time, or do not show up, you will forfeit any pass used to book OR incur a $15 fee if you are using an unlimited pass.

 

• If you are signed up for a class, and WE cancel within NINE hours of class time, you will be refunded any class pass used to book, AND receive a $15 credit on your account to spend on any class pass, membership, or special event. Cannot be used on retail.
  
  
• If we don’t have at least TWO students signed up NINE hours before class start time, we will cancel.

THIS CHANGE WILL GO INTO EFFECT BEGINNING: January 17, 2026 at 11:59pm

Students on the waitlist are auto-added up to 60 minutes before class if others drop from registration, so please cancel your waitlist reservation as soon as you decide you are not coming to avoid being charged a cancellation fee, and so that others on the waitlist can have the opportunity to attend.

We appreciate your understanding, and your help as we work to accommodate as many of the students who are eager to attend classes, and also to prevent loss on our end when we reserve our time and space for you.

Please note - if you have a sudden onset of cold symptoms or an injury within nine hours of class, please don’t come!
