Madleen's Weekly Schedule
|
Madleen Alsabbah, RYT-200 (she/her)When Madleen began practicing yoga in 2013, her intention was to loose weight and someday be able to do all of the cool things that she perceived "advanced" yogis able to do (headstands, handstands, crow, etc.). Eventually, her practice turned into a time to check out of the world, and check in with herself.
Madleen completed her 200 Hour teacher training in 2018. Her yoga practice has shown her that every day, every hour, every minute- we have the opportunity to be someone new. Madleen finds it symbolic that the practice of yoga is commonly completed with Savasana (corpse pose) then Parsva Garbhasana (fetal pose)- as if we are reborn after every practice. Everyday Madleen is discovering who she is, and learning to live in this world with unconditional love and acceptance. Yoga continues to inspire her to do just that. She looks forward to sharing the space, energy, and wisdom we all carry to help inspire this world to live with unconditional love and acceptance too. She thanks you all for being apart of her journey. Contact info: Email [email protected] |
